Hello Forum; Here's a tip someone might use: I was looking for a suitable tool to unscrew that really tight cap at the bottom of the left case where the TDC indicator is, without chewing up the soft aluminum with some kind of steel screwdriver. I found a washer of the type used in heavy construction for a 1 1/16" S.A.E. high strength bolt. It measures about 2 1/2" diameter.
I ground a flat on it about the size of the bottom of the slot, then ground the washer thin enough to go in the slot. When I put the washer in the slot, I can stick a big screwdriver in the hole and get some really good leverage on it and the cap comes out so easy. Such a simple tool, and it takes up no room at all in the tool box. Just thought I would pass it on.
